We’re talking about procrastination this week. We’ve all done it. We know what procrastination is like and we, many times, tend to beat ourselves up about it. We also tend to experience worry, anxiety, and distress over our procrastination.
Here’s the thing, however: the act of procrastinating isn’t the core issue. We’ll discuss why this is the case and what is, in fact, the main reason we procrastinate. Of course, we’ll also discuss what to do about it. We’ll give you some strategies today in order to give you freedom and help you to keep moving forward!
